广东服装行业十三五发展规划报告出炉

广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)省服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)装(zhuang)(zhuang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)饰(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)业(ye)协(xie)会(hui)刘岳屏执行(xing)(xing)会(hui)长(zhang)在2016广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)时尚(shang)高峰论坛(tan)上发布了(le)(le)《广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)装(zhuang)(zhuang)行(xing)(xing)业(ye)“十(shi)三(san)五”发展(zhan)(zhan)规(gui)(gui)(gui)划纲要(yao)》(央广(guang)(guang)网(wang)记者 何伟奇 摄)8月28日(ri),收集(ji)整理(li)了(le)(le)中国服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)装(zhuang)(zhuang)协(xie)会(hui)、广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)省人民政府(fu)、广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)省经济和信息化委(wei)员会(hui)、广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)省商(shang)(shang)务(wu)厅等(deng)(deng)相关(guan)单(dan)位对服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)装(zhuang)(zhuang)产业(ye)发展(zhan)(zhan)、智能(neng)(neng)制造、供给(ji)侧改(gai)革(ge)、电商(shang)(shang)发展(zhan)(zhan)、大数据发展(zhan)(zhan)等(deng)(deng)方面的“十(shi)三(san)五”规(gui)(gui)(gui)划,对与(yu)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)装(zhuang)(zhuang)业(ye)相关(guan)部分(fen)(fen)进(jin)行(xing)(xing)重点摘要(yao)或解读;第二部分(fen)(fen)“产业(ye)规(gui)(gui)(gui)划篇(pian)”,对广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)装(zhuang)(zhuang)业(ye)“十(shi)二五”期(qi)间发展(zhan)(zhan)情况进(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)总结,对“十(shi)三(san)五”发展(zhan)(zhan)形势(shi)与(yu)重点方向进(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)分(fen)(fen)析(xi),并就(jiu)“产业(ye)、文(wen)化、创新、电商(shang)(shang)、资本(ben)、智造、人才(cai)、合(he)作”八个行(xing)(xing)业(ye)发展(zhan)(zhan)重点任务(wu)进(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)深(shen)入剖析(xi);第三(san)部分(fen)(fen)“热点探(tan)讨篇(pian)”,第一部分(fen)(fen)“政策指(zhi)导篇(pian)”,规(gui)(gui)(gui)划纲要(yao)指(zhi)出,论坛(tan)嘉宾就(jiu)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)装(zhuang)(zhuang)品(pin)牌战略变革(ge)趋(qu)势(shi)、云经济下(xia)物联网(wang)智能(neng)(neng)应用、消(xiao)费需求驱动供给(ji)侧改(gai)革(ge)等(deng)(deng)方面进(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)观点分(fen)(fen)享与(yu)交流。论坛(tan)期(qi)间,广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)省服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)装(zhuang)(zhuang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)饰(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)业(ye)协(xie)会(hui)刘岳屏执行(xing)(xing)会(hui)长(zhang)发布了(le)(le)《广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)装(zhuang)(zhuang)行(xing)(xing)业(ye)“十(shi)三(san)五”发展(zhan)(zhan)规(gui)(gui)(gui)划纲要(yao)》。

 

2016广(guang)东(dong)时(shi)尚(shang)高峰论(lun)坛分(fen)(fen)为(wei)“重(zhong)塑中国(guo)(guo)时(shi)尚(shang)职业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)新(xin)力量”和“云经济(ji)下的(de)(de)产(chan)(chan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)创(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)思维与格局”两部分(fen)(fen)。从本次(ci)论(lun)坛广(guang)东(dong)服协(xie)领导、顶级(ji)职业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)经理人、重(zhong)量级(ji)企业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)家(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)享(xiang)中不(bu)难看出,在很长一段时(shi)间内人才培养与品牌创(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)将(jiang)会是(shi)时(shi)尚(shang)行(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)发展的(de)(de)重(zhong)中之重(zhong)。在云经济(ji)环(huan)境(jing)下时(shi)尚(shang)行(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)人才精英化、品牌化也(ye)必将(jiang)成为(wei)行(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)发展的(de)(de)重(zhong)要趋势(shi)。广(guang)东(dong)省服装(zhuang)服饰行(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)协(xie)会刘岳(yue)屏执行(xing)(xing)会长以“整合(he)资(zi)源(yuan)、搭建(jian)(jian)平(ping)(ping)(ping)台、共享(xiang)成果(guo)”为(wei)主题提出了广(guang)东(dong)服装(zhuang)产(chan)(chan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)今后发展的(de)(de)重(zhong)点,希望能整合(he)供应链资(zi)源(yuan)、产(chan)(chan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)资(zi)本资(zi)源(yuan)、集群(qun)资(zi)源(yuan)甚(shen)至跨界(jie)合(he)作资(zi)源(yuan),搭建(jian)(jian)政(zheng)府、行(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、企业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)等平(ping)(ping)(ping)台,如(ru)流花(hua)商圈、中国(guo)(guo)(园(yuan)洲)时(shi)尚(shang)产(chan)(chan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)城、广(guang)东(dong)时(shi)装(zhuang)周、时(shi)尚(shang)家(jia)(jia)教育平(ping)(ping)(ping)台、众衣联产(chan)(chan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)资(zi)本整合(he)平(ping)(ping)(ping)台、供应链服务生态圈等,同时(shi)建(jian)(jian)立分(fen)(fen)享(xiang)机制,通(tong)(tong)过(guo)品牌共创(chuang)(chuang)、大数据共享(xiang)、技(ji)术互通(tong)(tong)、国(guo)(guo)际合(he)作等形式,放(fang)大平(ping)(ping)(ping)台效应,推(tui)动产(chan)(chan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)升级(ji)发展。

 

选取了目前服装(zhuang)(zhuang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)热点(dian)关(guan)注的(de)时(shi)(shi)尚(shang)之(zhi)都建设(she)、专业(ye)(ye)市场转型升级、资本运作、智能制(zhi)造、工(gong)业(ye)(ye)4.0、互联网+、国际(ji)企业(ye)(ye)管理(li)等课题(ti),征集优秀稿件,汇集各方(fang)专家(jia)(jia)智慧,供行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)学习探(tan)讨(tao)。2016广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)时(shi)(shi)尚(shang)高峰论(lun)坛在广(guang)(guang)州举(ju)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),论(lun)坛上(shang),广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省服装(zhuang)(zhuang)服饰行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)协(xie)(xie)会(hui)刘岳屏(ping)执行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)会(hui)长(zhang)发(fa)(fa)布了《广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)服装(zhuang)(zhuang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)“十三五”发(fa)(fa)展规划纲要(yao)》。《广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)服装(zhuang)(zhuang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)“十三五”发(fa)(fa)展规划报告》一(yi)书,由广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省服装(zhuang)(zhuang)服饰行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)业(ye)(ye)协(xie)(xie)会(hui)主持,广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省时(shi)(shi)尚(shang)服饰产业(ye)(ye)经济研究院、广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)国际(ji)时(shi)(shi)尚(shang)艺术研究院具体组织(zhi)专家(jia)(jia)执笔(bi)撰写,自2016年3月工(gong)作启(qi)动以(yi)来,历时(shi)(shi)近半年时(shi)(shi)间(jian),其中(zhong)分为政策指导篇、产业(ye)(ye)规划篇、热点(dian)研讨(tao)篇等三个部分,以(yi)期绘制(zhi)广(guang)(guang)东(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)省服装(zhuang)(zhuang)产业(ye)(ye)发(fa)(fa)展现状与趋势的(de)真实(shi)版图(tu)。

 

未来五年,大数据将在广东(dong)服(fu)装行业的(de)(de)生产、制造、销售等(deng)各环(huan)节(jie)得以应用,如数据采集(ji)、订单管理、定制服(fu)务(wu)等(deng),加速服(fu)装制造业向智能(neng)化、多样化商(shang)业服(fu)务(wu)综合体转型。此(ci)外(wai),智能(neng)服(fu)装将会普及出现在人们(men)生活中,如能(neng)自动播放音(yin)乐(le)的(de)(de)外(wai)套、能(neng)在胸前显(xian)示文字与图像(xiang)的(de)(de)T恤衫等(deng)等(deng)。
